摘  要:目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下护理本科实习生对专业自我概念的再认识情况,并分析自我概念、专业承诺和职业认同的关系,探讨自我概念对职业态度的影响。方法采用护生专业自我概念量表、护理专业承诺量表和护生职业认同感量表,对重庆医科大学207名在校护生进行调查。结果COVID-19疫情下本科实习护生专业自我概念得分为(88.10±13.56)分,专业承诺得分为(97.44±12.94)分,职业认同得分为(64.49±11.59)分。回归分析显示,专业承诺、职业认同感及对护理专业喜爱程度是护生专业自我概念的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理教育者应重视专业自我概念与专业承诺、职业认同三者的联系,调整培养方案,引导护生积极职业态度的形成,提升其职业认同水平。Objective To investigate the re-cognition of nursing interns′professional self-concept,and to analyze the relationship between self-concept,professional commitment and professional identity,and to analyze the influence on professional self-concept during COVID-19 epidemic period.Methods A total of 207 undergraduate nursing interns from a university in Chongqing were investigated by the general questionnaire Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument(PSCNI),Professional Commitment Scale and Professional Identity Questionnaire of Nursing Student(PIQNS).Results The score of professional self-concept of nursing interns was(88.10±13.56)points,the professional commitment score was(97.44±12.94)points and the professional identity score was(64.49±11.59)points.The professional commitment,professional identity and interests in nursing were related to the professional self-concept of nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing educators should attach importance to the relationship between professional self-concept,professional commitment and professional identity,to innovate the training plan,guide nursing students to form positive professional attitude and enhance their professional identity identity.
