摘 要:目的探究血液科以简易标准化病人方式进行实践教学的应用效果。方法抽取2016年9月—2017年9月就学的2016级与2017级医学院学生共计100名作为研究对象,所有学生均为临床医学系,根据入学的先后顺序将其分为实验组(2016级)与对照组(2017级),实验组利用简易标准化病人方式进行实践教学,对照组利用传统方式进行实践教学,比较两组学生的理论知识与临床技能的考核结果,并比对其教学满意度。结果实验组学生的理论与技能的成绩分别为(95.96±3.11)分和(91.63±2.83)分,教学满意度为94.0%,其数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.543,P<0.001;t=4.115,P<0.001;χ2=6.353,P=0.012)。结论血液科利用简易标准化病人方式开展实践教学,可提高临床教学的质量,强化学生的理论知识与临床技能,可为临床实习教学提供参考依据。Objective To explore the application effect of practice teaching in the department of hematology with a simple standardized patient method.Methods A total of 100 medical students of 2016 and 2017 who attended school from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects.All students were clinical medicine departments.They were divided into experimental group(grade 2016)and the control group(grade 2017)according to the order of admission.The experimental group used simple standardized patient methods for practical teaching,and the control group used traditional methods for practical teaching.The two groups of students were compared with the assessment results of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,and compare their satisfaction with their teaching.Results The theoretical and technical scores of the students in the experimental group were(95.96±3.11)points and(91.63±2.83)points,respectively,and the teaching satisfaction was 94.0%.The data were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.543,P<0.001;t=4.115,P<0.001;χ2=6.353,P=0.012).Conclusion The hematology department uses simple standardized patient method to carry out practical teaching,which can improve the quality of clinical teaching,strengthen the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of students,and provide a reference for clinical practice teaching.
