摘　　要：世界经济合作与发展组织曾在报告中指出,21世纪学生必须掌握4种技能,即思维方式、工作方式、工作工具和生活能力。在信息化时代下,为了能够更好地为未来社会培养人才,需要将原本分离的线上线下教学空间融合起来,文章通过研究未来教育内含以及学生必须具备的能力为基础,设计线上与线下课堂混合的O2O教学模式,进行教学改革以提升教学效果,达到培养未来社会所需人才的目标。The world organization for economic cooperation and development has pointed in its report that students in the 21st century must master four skills,mode of thinking,mode of working,tools of working and ability of living.In the information age,in order to better train talents for the future society,it is necessary to integrate online and offline teaching space which separated at once,The paper based on the connect of oriented future and the abilities of the students,designs teaching mode of O2O which online and offline classroom,improves the teaching effect through the teaching design,and achieves the goal of training talents needed by the future society.
