摘　　要：有机化学课程思政建设必须有明确的课程德育目标,深入挖掘有机化学课程内容和教学环节中所蕴含的思政教育元素,体现立德树人和以学生发展为中心的教育理念.不断提高教师队伍素质,加强课程团队建设,充分发挥有机化学课程的育人功能和授课教师的育人职责,凝练课程思政教育融入点.将知识传授、能力培养与价值引领相结合,实现思想政治教育与专业课程教育的有机融合和高度统一.The ideological and political construction of Organic Chemistry course must have a specific goal of moral education,the speciality teachers should deeply explore the ideological and political education elements contained in the Organic Chemistry course contents and teaching procedures,and embody the educational thought of moral education and student-centered development.The universities should continuously improve the quality of teachers and strengthen the construction of curriculum team,and make full use of the educational function of Organic Chemistry and the educational responsibility of teachers,and refine the integration point of ideological and political education.Using the history of chemistry,research frontiers and the latest development trends to guide students'sustainable development concept,combining knowledge introduction,ability training and value guidance,then realize the integration and synchronization of ideological and political education and speciality curriculum education.
