摘  要:以“教育家型校长”培养为代表的教师教育改革要在我国教育大地生根开花急需民族性、本土化教育思想的滋养与熏陶。陶行知教育思想在校长培养中具有顺势而为的厚重的时代价值:教育家型校长要成为教育信仰的坚守者,因为只有信仰才能带来对教育的赤诚之爱与执着坚守;要成为师生成长的引路人,在品格锤炼、知识学习、思维创新、奉献祖国等方面引领学生;要成为教育改革的掌舵者,使教育政策、教育理论与教育实践逐步融合;要成为历史重任的担负者,以陶行知的教育理想不断激励自己完成祖国繁荣富强的历史重任;要成为学生创造力培养的守护者,使学校培养的学生成为具有创新能力的一代新人。The reform of teacher education represented by the cultivation of“educationist principals”needs the nourishment and edification of national and localized education thoughts in order to take root and blossom in China’s education.Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought has a profound value of the times in the cultivation of principals.An educationist principal should be an adherent of educational belief,because only belief can bring sincere love and persistence to education;he should be a guide for the growth of teachers and students,leading students in character training,knowledge learning,thinking innovation and dedication to the motherland;he should be a leader of educational reform to gradually integrate the educational policy,educational theory and educational practice;he should be the bearer of the historical responsibility,to constantly inspire himself to complete the historical responsibility of the prosperity of the motherland with Tao Xingzhi's educational ideal;he should be the guardian of the cultivation of students’creativity,so that the students cultivated by the school will become a new generation with innovative ability.
