摘 要:职业教育现代学徒制改革和"三教"改革是当前我国职教改革的两大重要举措,"三教"改革有利于推进现代学徒制改革整体机制的构建。文章通过阐述以"三教"改革规范性、综合性和联动性特征推动现代学徒制整体机制的构建,认为现代学徒制试点实施的过程中,通过"双主体"育人的优势,创新突破了"三教"改革中关于教师队伍建设、教材建设和教法改革三个核心问题。两大举措共同合力,有利于实现职业教育培养高素质技术技能型人才的目标。Modern apprenticeship reform and"three education"reform are two important measures of vocational education reform in China.The"three education"reform is conducive to the construction of the overall mechanism of modern apprenticeship reform.This paper expounds the standardization,comprehensiveness and linkage of the"three education"reform to promote the construction of the overall mechanism of modern apprenticeship,and holds that in the process of the pilot implementation of modern apprenticeship,through the advantages of"double subject"education,the three core issues of the"three education"reform,namely,the construction of teaching staff,the construction of teaching materials and the reform of teaching methods,have been innovated and broken through.The joint efforts of the two measures will help to achieve the goal of training high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational education.
