摘 要:线上线下混合式教学已成为后疫情时代教育信息化“新常态”,其模式凸显了传统成人高等教育与网络教学有机融合的优势,是成人教育教学质量提升和可持续发展的重要支撑,而提升教师信息化教学能力则成为了提升混合式教学质量的关键着力点和核心竞争力。通过对教师信息化教学能力内涵及知识能力结构的界定及成人教育混合式教学对教师信息化教学能力的新要求,提出提升教师信息化教学能力的对策。Online and offline blended teaching has become the“new normal situation”of educational informatization in the post epidemic era.Blended teaching highlights the advantages of perfect integration of traditional adult higher education and network teaching,which is an important support for the improvement of adult education teaching quality and sustainable development.Improving teachers informatization teaching ability has become the key and core competence to improve the quality of blended teaching.Based on the definition of the connotation of teachers informatization teaching ability,the structure of knowledge ability and the new requirements of adult education blended teaching on teachers informatization teaching ability,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve teachers informatization teaching ability.
