摘  要:目的了解医学高职生学业自我效能感与学习倦怠现状的相关性,探讨改善学生学习倦怠,提高教学效果的有效措施。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,2017-09-12-2017-10-30对苏州卫生职业技术学院780名高职学生进行学业自我效能感和学习倦怠问卷调查。以班级为单位,以不记名的方式,采用学业自我效能问卷和学习倦怠量表进行团体问卷测试。获得有效问卷755份,有效率为96.8%。结果医学高职生学业自我效能感学习能力、学习行为和自我效能感总分维度与学习倦怠情绪低落、行为不当和维度和低成就感均呈弱正相关,均P<0.001。学习能力效能为及格的学生学习行为得分为(36.89±4.82)分,高于不及格学生的(33.16±4.37)分,t=5.87,P<0.001;学业自我效能感总分为(76.44±8.52)分,高于不及格学生的(62.06±6.55)分,t=12.95,P<0.001。学习倦怠方面,及格学生学习能力效能的低成就感为(21.17±3.29)分,高于不及格学生的(19.76±2.91)分,t=3.27,P<0.001。学习行为效能及格的学生学习能力得分为(39.39±5.19)分,高于不及格学生的(35.17±5.22)分,t=8.36,P<0.001;学业自我效能感总分为(77.20±8.52)分,高于不及格学生的(65.70±6.34)分,t=14.41,P<0.001。在学习倦怠方面,学习行为效能及格学生的低成就感得分为(21.26±3.35)分,高于不及格学生的(20.04±2.69)分,t=3.86,P<0.001。学业自我效能感及格的学生学习能力得分为(39.57±4.73)分,高于不及格学生的(30.14±4.11)分,t=16.16,P<0.001;学习行为得分为(37.13±4.67)分,高于不及格学生的(31.25±3.66)分,t=10.29,P<0.001。在学习倦怠方面,学业自我效能感及格学生的低成就感得分为(21.21±3.29)分,高于不及格学生的(19.55±2.78)分,t=4.10,P<0.001。结论医学高职生学业自我效能感各维度与学习倦怠各维度呈正相关,及格与不及格学生的不同学业自我效能各维度得分在学业自我效能感与学习倦怠方面存在差异。应�OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between academic self-efficacy and learning burnout of medical vocational college students,and to explore effective measures to improve students’ learning burnout and teaching effect.METHODS A total of 780 students from Suzhou Health Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research objects from September12 to October 30,2017.A questionnaire survey on academic self-efficacy and learning burnout was conducted by stratified cluster random sampling.Taking the class as the unit and in an anonymous way,the group questionnaire test was conducted by using the academic self-efficacy questionnaire and the learning burnout scale.755 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the effective rate was 96.8%.RESULTS The total scores of academic self-efficacy,learning ability,learning behavior and self-efficacy were weakly positively correlated with learning burnout,poor behavior and low sense of achievement,all P<0.001.The score of learning behavior of the students whose learning ability efficiency was passing was 36.89±4.82,which was higher than that of the students who fail(33.16±4.37),t=5.87,P<0.001;the total score of academic self-efficacy was 76.44±8.52,which is higher than that of the students who fail(62.06±6.55),t=12.95,P<0.001.In terms of learning burnout,the low achievement score of passing students was 21.17±3.29,which was higher than that of failing students(19.76±2.91),t=3.27,P<0.001.The learning ability score of the students who passed the study behavior efficacy was 39.39±5.19,higher than that of the students who failed(35.17±5.22),t=8.36,P<0.001;the total score of academic self-efficacy was 77.20±8.52,higher than that of the students who failed(65.70±6.34),t=14.41,P<0.001.In the aspect of learning burnout,the score of low sense of achievement of the students who passed the learning behavior efficacy was 21.26±3.35,which was higher than that of the students who failed(20.04±2.69),t=3.86,P<0.001.The score of learning ability of the students who passed
