摘　　要：新时代高校专业教师承担着教书育人的崇高使命。目前,高校专业教师普遍存在着“重教书,轻育人”的现象。本文在分析新时代高校专业教师开展育人工作必要性基础上,提出了目前高校专业教师开展育人工作存在着育人机制不健全、育人意识不强、育人能力不足等问题,并从高校应构建完善的育人机制,专业教师应注重自我提升两个方面,提出了高校专业教师开展育人工作的对策,以期对高校专业教师有效开展育人工作提供参考。College professional teachers bear the lofty mission of teaching and educating people.At present,a phenomenon of attaching importance to teaching andneglecting education is common among college professional teachers.Based on the necessity of the education work in new era,this paper points out some problems such as the imperfect educational mechanism,the weak educational consciousness and the insufficient educational ability.It also puts forward the countermeasures from two aspects:the university should build a perfect education mechanism,and professional teachers should pay attention to self-improvement.This will provide reference for college professional teachers in their work.
