摘 要:目的探讨品管圈结合PBL教学在神经内科护理带教中的应用对护生理论和技能操作水平的作用。方法将该院2019年1月-2020年1月80名神经内科护理实习生,双盲随机法分两组。对照组给予常规法带教,实验组实施品管圈结合PBL教学。比较两组对带教工作的满意度、护生理论考核水平、技能操作水平。结果实验组对带教工作的满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05)。实验组对带教工作的满意度是97.50%(39/40),而对照组的对带教工作的满意度是77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护生理论考核水平、技能操作水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理实习生实施品管圈结合PBL教学效果确切,可提高神经内科护理实习生的技能掌握水平及对带教方法的认可满意度。Objective To explore the effect of the application of quality control circle combined with PBL teaching in neurology nursing teaching on the level of nursing students'theory and skills.Methods 80 neurology nursing interns in the hospital were divided into two groups randomly by double-blind method from January 2019 to January 2020.The control group was given regular teaching,and the experimental group was given quality control circle combined with PBL teaching.Compared the two groups'satisfaction with teaching work,nursing students'theoretical assessment level,and skill operation level.Results The experimental group's satisfaction with teaching work was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05).The experimental group’s satisfaction with teaching work was 97.50%(39/40),while the control group’s satisfaction with teaching work was 77.50%(31/40).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment level and skill level of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle combined with PBL teaching for neurology nursing interns has a definite effect,which can improve the skill mastery level of neurology nursing interns and their satisfaction with the recognition of teaching methods.
