摘  要:以β-环糊精为主要原料,采用微胶囊双水相方法萃取莳萝精油,从GC/MS成分分析可以看出,水蒸气蒸馏得到的莳萝精油主要成分为柠檬烯(44.46%)、香芹酮(41.56%)和芹菜脑(9.84%),经微胶囊双水相萃取后,主要含有两种成分香芹酮(81.15%)和芹菜脑(8.58%),以及少量的柠檬烯(3.58%)。该方法制备的莳萝精油可在食品、药物、化妆品和烟草行业中广泛应用,应用于卷烟中,提高卷烟香气质、掩盖杂气。A microcapsule β-cyclodextrin in aqueous two-phase system is developed to extract dill seed(Anethum graveolens) essential oil with higher selectivity and purity than steam distillation. There are three components in the dill seed oil using steam distillation, including limonene(44.46%), carvone(41.56%) and apiol(9.84%). In contrast, the microcapsule aqueous two-phase method gave the product containing only two major components of carvone(81.15%) and apiol(8.58%), together with very small amount of limonene(3.58%). Moreover, these stable capsules with β-cyclodextrin may have broad applications in food, medication, cosmetic and tobacco industries. It can be used in cigarette to improve the aroma and cover up the impurity.
