摘  要:采用索氏提取回流法提取丝瓜籽油,采用KOH-甲醇溶液法对丝瓜籽油进行酯化处理,并用气相色谱-质谱联机(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry online,GC-MS)对其脂肪酸的成份、含量进行分析。GC-MS结果显示丝瓜籽油中主要含有9种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸相对含量达到60%以上。体外抗氧化活性研究表明:丝瓜籽油对铁离子还原能力以及对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼[1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl,DPPH]、羟基自由基及超氧阴离子清除率随其质量浓度增加而增大,尤其是对超氧阴离子的清除效果较好;丝瓜籽油对DPPH自由基的IC50值为26.17 mg/mL,对羟基自由基的IC50值为2.24 mg/mL,对超氧阴离子的IC50值为0.069 mg/mL。The luffa seed oil was extracted by Soxhlet extraction from the luffa seed,the luffa seed oil was esterified by KOH-methanol solution.The components and the contents of luffa seed oil were analyzed and detected used the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results of GC-MS showed that there were 9 fatty acids in the luffa seed oil,the relative contents of unsaturated fatty acids was 60%.The results of in vitro antioxidant test suggested that iron ion reducing power,the DPPH free radical scavenging rate,hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate and superoxide anion free radical scavenging rate of luffa seed oil increased with the increase of its mass concentration,especially the scavenging effect on superoxide anion was better.The IC50 value of luffa seed oil to DPPH free radical was 26.17 mg/mL,the IC50 value for hydroxyl free radicals was 2.24 mg/mL,and the IC50 value of superoxide anion was 0.069 mg/mL.
