摘  要:法治教育是高校落实立德树人根本任务的必然选择。思政课具有实施法治教育的环境、人才和方法的独特优势。思政课法治教育经历了由法律知识教育向法治信仰教育的攀升、由独立课程设置向融入渗透教育的嬗变、由单一课堂教学向混合式教学跨越的发展过程。当前,应着力优化思政课法治教育的课堂教学,完善法治教育的实践体系,打造法治教育的文化环境,不断推动法治教育的科学化发展。The rule of law education is the inevitable choice for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of"building morality and cultivating talents".Ideological and political courses have the unique advantages of the environment,talents and methods of implementing the rule of law education.The rule of law education in ideological and political courses has experienced the development process from legal knowledge education to rule of law belief education,from independent course education to integrated and infiltrated education,and from single classroom teaching to mixed teaching.At present,we should optimize the classroom teaching of rule of law education in ideological and political courses,improve the practice system of rule of law education,create the cultural environment of rule of law education,and constantly promote the scientific development of rule of law education.
