摘　　要：本研究结合语言学家Zoltan Dornyei的外语学习动机三层次理论,通过问卷调查和个别访谈的方法对高职学生英语学习动机的现状进行分析研究,进而在教学中采取强化动机策略。通过一年的行动研究表明,在语言层面、学习者层面和学习情景层面采取强化动机策略,能够在一定程度上增强学生的学习动机,提升学习效果。Based on the three-level theory of foreign language learning motivation proposed by linguist Zoltan Dornyei,this research analyzes and studies the current situation of English learning motivation of higher vocational college students through questionnaires and individual interviews,and then adopts the strategy of strengthening motivation in teaching.Through one year's action research,it is shown that by adopting motivation enhancement strategies at the language level,the learner level and the learning situation level can enhance students'learning motivation and improve the learning effect to a certain extent.
