摘  要:现代信息技术在不知不觉中已融入大众生活的各个领域,2019年《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中提到:职业学校应改进传统教学方式,混合式学习模式已成为中职学校教学方法改革的一个方向。"前厅服务与管理"作为中职学校酒店专业中的一门必修课,它不仅要求学生熟知前厅服务技巧,还需学生熟练掌握信息化能力,为顾客提供高质量服务。此课程的教学效果直接影响教学目标能否达到预期值,文章依托线上"雨课堂"平台,对此课程的教学设计进行创新,并基于"扎根理论"探讨了"雨课堂"应用于此课程的学习效果,针对不足之处提出实施过程中的注意事项,使酒店专业课程与信息化教学高效融合。Modern information technology has been imperceptibly integrated into all fields of public life. It is mentioned in the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform in 2019 that vocational schools should improve traditional teaching mode, and mixed learning mode has become a direction of teaching method reform in secondary vocational schools. "Front Office Service and Management" as a compulsory course in the hotel major of secondary vocational schools, it not only requires students to be familiar with front office service skills, but also requires students to master the ability of informatization, to provide high-quality service for customers. Teaching effect of the course directly affects that whether the teaching goal can achieve expected value. The article, based on "Rain Classroom", a online platform, makes innovation on the teaching course design of this course, and based on "grounded theory", discusses the learning effect of applying "Rain Classroom" in the course. In view of shortcomings, this article puts forward the matters needing attention in the process of implementation, and makes the hotel major curriculum and the informatization teaching efficient integration.
