高职院校食品类专业人才培养质量测评方法的研究

摘　　要：介绍了高职院校食品类专业人才培养质量测评原则与质量测评的实施方法,并从人才培养质量测评目标出发,以学生七大职业能力数据化考核标准测评为基点,通过可视化柱形图表详尽地展示了学生各类职业能力测评结果,诠释了学生职业能力成长过程,为用人单位找寻胜任各类岗位员工,提供了详实的职业能力与成长过程。On the basis of an introduction to the principles and implementation methods of quality evaluation for talent cultivation in the specialty of food engineering in higher vocational school,the study sets the goals to evaluate 7 professional capabilities with a digitalized method,which shows the results in a visualized bar graph,explaining the process of students'growth.This provides detailed and reliable data for the employers in seeking potential employees.
