摘 要:师生关系与教师权力既作为一种静态的教育现象而存在,又作为一种动态的教育情境而存在。基于现象学的情境视角,师生关系在教师权力情境中动态地发展和变化,教师权力在师生关系情境中动态地调整和运作,师生关系情境与教师权力情境交织共生。教育工作者应审视和反思师生关系与教师权力的动态变化,促使它们回归本真、呈现其本来面目,避免师生关系异化和教师权力扭曲,从而有效发挥出师生关系和教师权力的教育功能。Teacher-student relationship and Teachers'power exist as both a static educational phenomenon and a dynamic educational situation.Based on the situational perspective of phenomenology,teacher-student relationship develops and changes dynamically in the context of teachers'power,teachers'power adjusts and operates dynamically in the context of teacher-student relationship,and the context of teacher-student rela⁃tionship interweave and coexist with the context of teachers'power.Educators should examine and reflect on the dynamic changes of teacher-student relationship and teachers'power,so as to make them present their true colors,avoid alienation of teacher-student relationship and distortion of teachers'power,and thus effec⁃tively play the educational function of teacher-student relationship and teachers'power.
