摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动在专科生中医方剂学教学中应用效果。方法选取2019年3—7月我校二年级中医学100名专科学生作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组50名学生接受方剂学传统教学模式,观察组50名学生则接受方剂学品管圈教学模式,对比两组学生方剂学课程学习效果、评判性思维、主动学习能力改善以及学生教学满意度情况。结果两组教学前方剂学理论成绩以及临床案例分析成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后较教学前均明显提升(P<0.05),但观察组教学后方剂学理论成绩以及临床案例分析成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生评判性思维能力量表、自主学习能力量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对理论教学总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在方剂学教学中采取品管圈教学模式可显著提升学生理论学习效果与临床案例分析能力,并可充分调动学生学习积极性,培养评判性思维能力,提升学生对理论教学的满意程度,具有应用及推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in the teaching of formulas of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for college students.Methods One hundred sophomores majoring in TCM in our school from March to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to randomly divide them into the observation group and control group.In the control group,50 students received the traditional teaching model of TCM formulas,and the observation group received the QCC teaching model of TCM formulas.The study effect,critical thinking,improvement of active learning ability and students'satisfaction with teaching of the two groups of students were compared.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the academic scores of the theory of TCM formulas and clinical case analysis(P>0.05).After teaching,they were significantly improved compared with those before teaching(P<0.05),but the scores of the theory of TCM formulas and clinical case analysis in the observation group after teaching were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the critical thinking ability scale and autonomous learning ability scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's total satisfaction with theoretical teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the QCC teaching mode in the teaching of TCM formulas can significantly improve the students'theoretical learning effect and clinical case analysis ability,and can fully mobilize students'learning enthusiasm,cultivate critical thinking ability,and improve students'satisfaction with theoretical teaching.Therefore,it has application and promotion value.
