摘  要:虚拟仿真实验教学项目是教育部近几年推出的五类“金课”之一,是为了解决真实实验条件在涉及高危或极端的环境、不可及或不可逆的操作,高成本、高消耗、大型或综合训练等情况下,提供可靠、安全和经济的替代性实验项目。在2020初新冠疫情严重影响教学的时候,虚拟仿真实验教学为高校教学计划的顺利完成提供了重要支撑。本文详细介绍了我国虚拟仿真实验教学的发展历程和医学虚拟仿真实验教学的现况,并结合课程组在疫情期间医学遗传学虚拟仿真实验项目建设和教学应用的经验体会,说明医学虚拟仿真实验建设的必要性以及广泛使用的可行性。Virtual simulation experiment teaching project was launched by the Ministry of Education in recent years,listed among the five types of“Golden Lessons”.It was initially designed to deal with experiments which have conditions could not be sufficiently implemented in offline classes,like those have high risk or require extreme environments,or with impossible or irreversible operations,or with high cost or high consumption,and large or comprehensive trainings which require too much time.For them,virtual simulation experiments could provide reliable,safe and economical alternative options.During the COVID-19 epidemic,nearly all students of colleges and universities in China could not return to school for the spring and summer semesters,thus the experiment teaching was mainly carried out through virtual simulation experiment pattern.This paper reviewed the development of virtual simulation experiment teaching in China and described the current situation of medical virtual simulation experiment teaching.Our teaching group’s experience of construction and application of the virtual simulation experiment project of Medical Genetics Experiment during the COVID-19 epidemic confirmed the necessity of medical virtual simulation experiment construction and the feasibility of its wide use.
