高职英语教学中实现立德树人根本任务的路径探究

摘  要:育人为本,德育为先,高等教育的根基在于立德树人。目前,高职英语教学过程中存在师生立德树人意识不够、学生思想建设缺乏主动、英语教学与思政教育结合较少等问题。高职英语教师应结合教学实际强化立德树人意识,营造良好的校园文化氛围,加强自身建设,完善评价体系,落实高职英语教学立德树人思政教育的根本任务,以提升人才质量,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。Education is people-oriented,moral education should be given priority,and the foundation of higher education lies in the cultivation of people by virtue.The authors integrate the thought of ideological and political education into higher vocational English teaching,and find that there are some problems in practice,such as the lacking of understanding of the moral education between teachers and students,students'lacking of initiative in ideological construction,lacking of combination of English teaching and ideological and political education,and so on.These problems affect the realization of the educational function of higher vocational education.Therefore,combined with the actual teaching,the authors put forward some strategies such as strengthening the consciousness of establishing morality and cultivating people,creating a good campus atmosphere and culture,strengthening the construction of English teachers and perfecting the evaluation system.The aim is to effectively implement the fundamental task of ideological and political education in higher vocational English teaching,and finally achieve the goal of collaborative education.
