摘　　要：人工智能是社会经济发展的新引擎和新机遇。人工智能技术发展引起社会经济生活发生变化,而社会经济生活的变化,必然对以应用型人才培养为主的高职院校人才培养模式变革提出了新的要求。以自适应理论为基础,探究高职院校人才培养模式的适应性需求,进而提出高职院校人才培养模式自适应性调整的策略,旨在为高职院校教育教学改革提供借鉴参考。Artificial intelligence is a new engine and a new opportunity for social and economic development.The development of artificial intelligence technology causes changes in social and economic life,and the changes of social and economic life inevitably put forward new requirements for the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,which focuses on the cultivation of applied talents.Based on the adaptive theory,the adaptive demands of the talent training modein higher vocational collegesarestudiedand the adaptive adjustment strategies of the talent training mode in higher vocational collegesareputs forward in the paper.It is in order to provide reference for the education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
