高师院校医学遗传学选修金课建设的思路与实践

摘　　要：医学遗传学是遗传学的重要分支学科,是医学院校的一门重要专业基础课程,但在高等师范院校生命科学学院作为选修课的情况并不多见,课程建设也没有很好的经验可供借鉴。从学生学习及考研需求的实际情况出发,通过三年的开课实践,从课程内容选择、课程结构构建、教学方法摸索及考核方式尝试等几个方面进行了课程建设改革,并将课程思政融于其中,努力建设成一门适合生物学科学生学习的选修课“金课”。Medical Genetics is an important branch of genetics and an important professional basic course in medical colleges and universities.However,it is rare to set up Medical Genetics as an elective course in the colleges of life sciences in normal colleges and universities,and there is no good experience in course construction.Starting from the actual situation of the students’learning and the requirements for postgraduate entrance examination,we have carried out reform in the course construction of Medical Genetics through three years of practice,including course content selection,course structure construction,teaching methods and examination methods,and“curriculum ideological and political education”has been integrated into the reform,trying to build this course into an elective“gold course”suitable for biology students.
