摘  要:目的:探讨微信联合Mini-CEX教学法在医学生急诊医患沟通能力培养中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月1日-2020年10月31日在昆明医科大学第二附属医院急诊基地轮转的60名住院医师为研究对象,按所在治疗组随机分为实验组和对照组。两组住院医师均进行正常轮转培训,对照组采取传统床边讲授教学法,实验组在此基础上,加以微信联合Mini-CEX教学法。两组住院医师入科及出科时均用医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE)进行考核。培训结束后实验组发放调查问卷。结果:入科首次评价,实验组SEGUE量表得分为(12.33±1.446)分,对照组为(12.50±1.408)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出科SEGUE评分,实验组为(21.40±1.329)分,对照组为(17.83±1.510)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信联合Mini-CEX教学法是一种提高医学生急诊医患沟通能力的高效的创新型教学方法,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of WeChat combined with Mini-CEX teaching method in the training of medical students.emergency doctor-patient communication ability.Methods:Sixty resident physicians who were rotated in the emergency base of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from March 1,2020 to October 31,2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to their treatment groups.Both groups of resident doctors received normal rotation training.The control group adopted the traditional bedside teaching method,and the experimental group used WeChat combined with Mini-CEX teaching method on this basis.Both groups of residents were assessed with the Doctor-Patient Communication Skills Evaluation Scale(SEGUE)when entering and leaving the department.After the training,the experimental group issued a questionnaire.Results:For the first evaluation of admission,the SEGUE scale score of the experimental group was(12.33±1.446)points,and the control group was(12.50±1.408)points,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The SEGUE score of the department was(21.40±1.329)points in the experimental group and(17.83±1.510)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat combined with Mini-CEX teaching method is an efficient and innovative teaching method to improve the communication ability of medical students in emergency department,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
