摘 要:以欧亚种葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)‘赤霞珠’(Cabernet Sauvignon)、‘白诗南’(Chenin Blanc),美洲种葡萄(V.labrusca L.)‘Conquister’,欧美杂交种葡萄(Hybrids of V.vinifera L.and V. lab rusca)‘井川1014’(Yigawa 1014)以及山欧杂种葡萄(V.amurensis Rup.r and Hybrids of V.vinifera L.)‘北醇’(Beichun)为试验材料,研究了其主要营养器官新梢、叶片及根系中膳食纤维类物质含量的季节性变化,从而确定不同葡萄品种的最佳采样时期以及葡萄不同营养器官的资源价值。结果不同营养器官中可溶性膳食纤维(SDF)与不溶性膳食纤维(IDF)的含量随葡萄生长季节而变化。供试5个品种均为叶片中的SDF含量最高,但品种之间存在差异。第一个高峰值除‘北醇’出现在6月26日、‘赤霞珠’根系出现在7月15日之外,其余均在8月3日出现,且在8月3日出现的高峰值中,新梢中的SDF含量由高到低的顺序依次为‘井川1014’>‘白诗南’>‘Conquister’>‘北醇’>‘赤霞珠’;叶片中的SDF含量由高到低的顺序依次为‘白诗南’>‘北醇’>‘赤霞珠’>‘井川1014’>‘Conquister’。5个品种不同营养器官中的IDF含量的季节性变化都较平稳。对于不同营养器官中IDF的含量,‘赤霞珠’呈现为根系>新梢>叶片,其他4个品种均呈现为新梢>叶片。新梢中的IDF含量基本维持在680~880 mg·g^(-1)之间,叶片则在580~760 mg·g^(-1)之间波动。In this paper,Vitis viniferaL.‘Cabernet Sauvignon’,V.viniferaL.‘Chenin Blanc’,V.labruscaL.‘Conquister’,‘Yigawa 1014’(Hybrids ofV.viniferaL andV.labrusca),and‘Beichun’(Hybrids of V.viniferaL andV.amurensisRup.r)were used as the experimental materials to study the seasonal change of dietary fiber content in different vegetative organs,which include new shoots,leaves and roots.The aims of the study is to determine the best sampling time of different grape cultivars and the resources value of different vegetative organs.The soluble dietary fiber(SDF)and insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)in different vegetative organs changed during the growing seasons of grape.The SDF of leaves was the highest in all the five tested cultivars,but varied among cultivars.The first peak value appeared on June 26 in‘Beichun’,on July 15 in the root of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’,and on August 3 in the rest cultivars.At the peak value on August 3,SDF in new shoots was in ascending order:‘Yigawa 1014’>‘Chenin Blanc’>‘Conquister’>‘Beichun’>‘Cabernet Sauvignon’;The ascending order of SDF in leaves was:‘Chenin Blanc’>‘Beichun’>‘Cabernet Sauvignon’>‘Yigawa 1014’>‘Conquister’.The seasonal variations of IDF in different vegetative organs were stable in five varieties.For IDF in different vegetative organs,Cabernet Sauvignon showed the order of roots>new shoots>leaves,while the other four cultivars showed the order of new shoots>leaves.IDF was basically maintained between 680-880 mg·g^(-1) in new shoots and fluctuated between 580-760 mg·g^(-1) in leaves.
