摘　　要：消化内科作为内科学的一门重要分支,对于研究生培养要求日益增高,不仅需要内科学知识,还需学习消化内镜特有的专业知识。随着消化内镜诊疗技术日新月异的发展,掌握各类临床技能成为消化专业研究生培养不可或缺的部分,临床技能的培训更需要多种培训模式的综合应用。而现阶段我国专业研究生结合住院医师培训尚不规范,多种教学模式综合应用于实践教学中是使培训体系规范以及专业化的有效方式。探索更加完善的消化专业研究生培养模式是目前消化内科导师及学生的重要任务。本文就消化内科研究生培养,提出PBL与Seminar相结合的教学模式,希望能为消化内科专业研究生培养提出新思路、新途径,真正实现教学相长。As an important branch of internal medicine,the department of gastroenterology has increasingly higher requirements for postgraduate training,which requires not only the knowledge of internal medicine,but also the unique professional knowledge of digestive endoscopy.With the rapid development of digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology,mastering all kinds of clinical skills has become an indispensable part of the training of digestive postgraduates,and the training of clinical skills requires the comprehensive application of a variety of training modes.However,it is still not standard to combine the training of professional postgraduates with that of resident doctors in our country at present.The comprehensive application of various teaching modes in practice teaching is an effective way to standardize and professionalize the training system.At present,it is an important task for digestive supervisors and students to explore a more perfect training mode for graduate students majoring in digestive science.This paper puts forward the teaching mode of combining PBL and Seminar on the training of postgraduates in the department of gastroenterology,hoping to put forward new ideas and new ways for the training of postgraduates in the department of gastroenterology,so as to truly realize the combination of teaching and learning.
