小学教育专业公费生乡土文化认同的现状调查

摘　　要：为了解小学教育公费师范生群体对乡土文化的认同水平,笔者采用自行编制的《大学生乡土文化认同状况调查》问卷调查表,对200名在校小学教育专业公费师范生进行调查。统计分析发现:(1)公费小教专业师范生对乡土文化的认知水平不高;(2)对乡土文化活动及其衍生活动的喜好程度偏低;(3)乡土身份认同度较高,但回乡村就业愿意不强;(4)接受乡土文化教育的机会不多,家庭教育是主要途径;(5)了解乡土文化兴趣浓厚,接受乡土文化教育意愿强烈。地方本科高校应采取的对策:(1)提高认识,切实履行好乡土文化教育的主体责任;(2)以社会主义核心价值体系为引领,构建具有浓厚乡土气息的校园文化;(3)丰富课程设置,强化乡土课程资源的利用与开发;(4)注重实践教学,完善乡土文化教育实践体系;(5)增强学术研究训练,培养乡土文化教育职业技能。In order to understand the level of recognition of local culture in the group of public-funded normal students in primary education,we exploit the proposed questionnaire of the Survey of the Local Cultural Identity of undergraduate Students to investigate 200 public-funded normal students in primary education.Statistical analysis reveals that:(1)the cognitive level on the localculture is not high;(2)low degree of preference on the local cultural activities and their derivative activities;(3)though the local identity is high,but the rural employment is weak;(4)the opportunity to receive local culture education is less,family education is the main way;(5)Highly interest to understand the local culture,strong desire to accept local culture education.The countermeasures that local undergraduate universities should take are:(1)to raise awareness and fulfill the main responsibility of local cultural education;(2)to build a campus culture with a strong local flavor under the guidance of the socialist core value system;(3)enrich the curriculum,strengthen the utilization and development of local curriculum resources;(4)emphasize on realization teaching,improve the realization system of local culture education;(5)strengthen the training of academic research and cultivate the vocational skills of local culture education.
