新时代高职院校思政课教育教学改革探析

摘　　要：传统的高职院校思想政治理论课教育教学工作如何在新时代下突出实效性并与之相适应,已成为广大高职院校思想政治理论课教师需要解决的问题。通过分析目前高职院校思政课教学工作的重要性及教学现状,以及存在认识偏差、学生学习积极性差、思政课教学考核等问题,提出确立“以学生为本”的教育理念,加强教师个人素质及技能的培养,建立思想政治理论课教学工作的信息反馈机制,注重思政课教学过程,多方面评估学生等措施,以期为高职院校思政课教学工作的开展提供参考。How to highlight the effectiveness of the traditional ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the new situation and adapt to it has become a problem that the ideological and political education workers in higher vocational colleges need to solve.By analyzing the importance and current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,as well as the problems of cognitive bias,students'low learning enthusiasm and ideological and political education assessment,this paper proposes:to establish the“student-oriented”education concept,strengthen the cultivation of teachers'personal quality and skills,establish the information feedback mechanism of ideological and political education,and pay attention to the process of ideological and political education in order to provide reference for the development of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges.
