摘  要:为了避免食品包装薄膜在热封时出现褶皱,需要保证薄膜张力大小恒定,从而尽可能使横封切刀速度与料袋膜进给速度同步。设计了一种基于RBF神经网络的食品包装热封薄膜张力大小控制系统,通过RBF神经网络控制器对传统PID控制器参数进行自适应在线调整,通过控制磁粉制动器从而调整薄膜在胶辊中的张力。仿真结果表明RBF神经网络PID控制器超调量更小、调节周期更短、抗干扰能力更强。该控制方法能够显著减小包装封边褶皱,大大提高了袋体物品的包装质量。In order to avoid the wrinkle of food packaging film during heat sealing, it is necessary to keep the film tension constant, so as to make the cutting speed of cross sealing synchronous with the feed speed of bag film as much as possible. A kind of tension control system based on RBF neural network is designed. The parameters of traditional PID controller are adjusted on-line by RBF neural network controller, and the tension of film in cot is adjusted by controlling magnetic powder brake. The simulation results show that the RBF neural network PID controller has smaller overshoot, shorter regulation period and stronger anti-interference ability. The control method can significantly reduce the edge fold of packaging, and greatly improve the packaging quality of bag items.
