摘  要:为提高食品真空贴体包装热封板的温度控制精度,确保食品保鲜质量,提出一种温度控制方法。介绍食品真空贴体包装的装置和工艺要求。以热封温度控制为研究对象,设计一种非线性时变滑模PID控制器。非线性滑模面可实现小误差放大、大误差饱和,提高系统稳定性。时变因子可以消除系统的抖振现象。通过试验验证所述方法的有效性。结果表明,系统超调量接近于0,热封温度偏差可控制在±1℃以内,系统响应速度比较快。该温度控制器具有调节速度快、鲁棒性强、超调量小的优点,可适应热封系统非线性、时变性等缺点,进而提高系统的控制精度和稳定性。真空贴体包装在美观性、保鲜等方面均适合食品包装,具有一定推广价值。In order to improve the temperature control precision and ensure the quality of food preservation, a temperature control method was proposed. The equipment and process requirements of food vacuum fitting packaging were introduced. Taking heat seal temperature control as the research object, a nonlinear time-varying sliding mode PID controller was designed. The nonlinear sliding surface could realize small error amplification and large error saturation, and improve the stability of the system. The buffeting of the system could be eliminated by time-varying factors. The effectiveness of the method was verified by experiments. The test results showed that the overshoot of the system was close to 0, the heat seal temperature deviation could be controlled within ±1 ℃, and the response speed of the system was relatively fast. The temperature controller had the advantages of fast regulating speed, strong robustness and small overshoot, and could adapt to the nonlinear, time-varying and other disadvantages of the thermal sealing system, thus improving the control accuracy and stability of the system. Vacuum fitting packaging is suitable for food packaging in terms of beauty and preservation, and has certain promotion value.
