摘 要:目的对新护士以及护生带教中进行产科护理风险规范培训的应用效果进行分析研究。方法从2019年1月—2020年1月该院入职的新护士40名以及实习护士40名作为实验研究对象,按照1:1的统计学方法将实验研究对象分成两个不同的实验组别,即实验组与对照组,每组40名。给予对照组进行常规的教学以及入职教育,实验组则进行产科护理风险规范培训,最终对比两组实验研究人员的培训效果。结果对照组护生以及护士掌握理论知识评分为(89.13±10.23)分,实践操作知识评分为(86.15±2.56)分,实验组护生以及护士掌握理论知识评分为(95.62±15.32)分,实践操作知识评分为(90.36±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组研究人员对培训的满意度也显著高于对照组研究人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产科内新入职的护士以及实习生进行产科护理风险规范培训,可以显著提升护生以及护士的考核成绩,其值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze and study the application effect of obstetric nursing risk norms training in the teaching of new nurses and nursing students.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,40 new nurses and 40 trainee nurses were recruited in the hospital as experimental research objects,and the experimental research objects were divided into two different experimental groups according to the 1:1 statistical method,namely the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given regular teaching and induction education,and the experimental group was given obstetric nursing risk standard training.Finally,the training effects of the two groups of experimental researchers were compared.Results The control group's nursing students and nurses'theoretical knowledge score was(89.13±10.23)points,the practical operation knowledge score was(86.15±2.56)points,and the experimental group nursing students and nurses'theoretical knowledge score was(95.62±15.32)points.The practical knowledge score was(90.36±2.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the researchers in the experimental group with training was also significantly higher than that of the researchers in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing obstetric nursing risk regulation training for newly recruited nurses and interns in the obstetric department can significantly improve the assessment results of nursing students and nurses,and it is worthy of clinical application.
