摘 要:农村幼儿教师的继续教育受经费短缺、时间紧张、机构分散、素质悬殊等客观因素所制约。职业兴趣是农村幼儿教师继续教育的关键,它能发挥教师在继续教育中的主动性、持久性和创造性。职业兴趣的培养可通过直接兴趣入手、支持系统巩固、社会价值深化三方面进行。The further education of rural preschool teachers is restricted by objective factors such as shortage of funds,shortage of time,scattered institutions,great disparity in quality and so on.Professional interest is the key to the further education of rural preschool teachers,which can give full play to teachers’initiative,persistence and creativity in further education.The cultivation of professional interest can be carried out through three aspects:the direct interest,the consolidation of the support system and the deepening of social value.
