摘  要:“十三五”期间,我国义务教育教师队伍建设取得了显著的成就,但也存在一些问题。与此同时,义务教育教师队伍发展也随着“十四五”时期的到来,将面临新形势:义务教育教师队伍建设受到党和国家高度重视,信息技术发展对义务教育教师信息素养带来新挑战,新型城镇化和二孩政策的推进对义务教育教师队伍建设产生重大影响。为此,“十四五”时期重要任务是优化义务教育教师队伍建设投入机制,落实与提高义务教育教师工资待遇,深化义务教育教师准入与退出制度改革,推进教师在职培训实效提升,优化教师资源配置,提高教师信息化素养。During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,our country's compulsory teacher team construction has made great achievements,meanwhile more shortcomings have been exposed.At the same time,under new situations that the construction of compulsory education teachers is highly valued by the party and the state,the development of information technology brings new challenges to the information literacy of compulsory education teachers,new urbanizationand the promotion of the second-child policy have had a great impact on the construction of compulsory education teachers.For this reason,it is necessary to optimize the input mechanism for the construction of compulsory education teachers,implement and increase the salary and benefits of compulsory education teachers,deepen the reform of the entry and exit system for compulsory education teachers,promote the effectiveness of teacher on-the-job training,improve teachers'information literacy.
