摘 要:研究选取江苏省3所九年义务教育阶段学校的乡村小学教师共329人,使用《小学教师职业幸福感问卷》进行调查,从人际关系、躯体健康、师生关系、工作情感、工作动机与成效感六个方面考查乡村小学教师的职业幸福感现状。结果表明:乡村小学教师身体健康不佳,职业幸福感较好,与城镇小学教师的职业幸福感没有整体上的差异。但没有编制的、曾经或正在担任班主任的、刚入岗或教龄在20年以上的、中专学历的、没有职称的、工资高的乡村教师职业幸福感相对较高。建议乡村小学教师保持身体健康与追求进步、提升学历与职业意义、活在当下与实现目标之间的平衡。In the context of the new era,329 rural primary school teachers from 3 compulsory education schools in Jiangsu Province were investigated with the occupational well-being questionnaire for primary school teachers,this paper examines the Occupational well-being of Rural Primary School teachers from six aspects:Interpersonal relationship,physical health,teacher-student relationship,work emotion,work motivation and sense of achievement.The results show that rural primary school teachers have poor physical health and good professional well-being,and there is no overall difference between rural primary school teachers and urban primary school teachers.However,the rural teachers who have no system,have been or are serving as head teachers,have just joined the post and have been teaching for more than 20 years,have no professional title and have high salary have relatively high professional well-being.It is suggested that rural primary school teachers should maintain the balance between physical health and progress,improve their academic qualifications and professional significance,and live in the moment and achieve their goals.
