以岗位胜任力为目标的临床实践教学教材建设的思考与实践

摘　　要：研究医学检验专业教学过程的特点,编写和出版优秀特色教材,是深化教材改革,以教材创新推动教学改革,提高医学教育质量的重要措施。该文结合人民卫生出版社出版的临床实践教学教材《临床生物化学检验岗位知识和技能》(第一版)的编写过程,分析了课堂教学教材在临床实践教学中应用的局限性,提出了临床实践教材编写的基本思想,探讨了新教材在编写理念、体系、内容、形式和功能等方面的特色和创新。To study the characteristics of the teaching process of medical laboratory specialty and to compile and publish excellent characteristic teaching materials are important measures to deepen the reform of teaching materials,promote the teaching reform with the innovation of teaching material and improve the quality of medical education.Based on the compilation process of the clinical practice teaching textbook Knowledge and Skills of Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory(first edition)published by People's Medical Publishing House,we analyzed the limitations of the textbooks used in clinical practice teaching,and put forward the basic idea of clinical practice teaching,explores the new teaching material in the writing concept,system,content,form and function characteristic and innovation.
