职业院校英语教师教育技术能力现状及提升路径

摘　　要：教育技术能力是职业教育信息化背景下教师必备的能力之一。通过对98名职业院校英语教师进行问卷调研发现,职业院校英语教师对于教育技术意识与态度、知识与技能及理论与方法的掌握水平有待提高。职业院校要加强软硬环境建设,加大教学资源的整合与利用,借助网络打破地域限制,开展团队合作,分享各类信息资源,促进教师教育技术能力的提升。Education technology competence is an essential ability that must be possessed by teachers under the background of informationalization of vocational education. In order to investigate the current situation of vocational teachers’ education technology, the research has surveyed 98 vocational English teachers. The results reveal that teachers’ education technology competence concerning their awareness and attitude, knowledge and skills, and theories and methods all need to be enhanced. The potential influence factors are further explored and effective improvement strategies are proposed accordingly.
