摘  要:家庭是人生的第一所学校,育人是家庭教育的本体功能。然而,在现实的家庭教育中,呈现出功利化的家庭教育育人理念、边缘化的家庭教育育人地位、规训化的家庭教育育人行为等现象。究其缘由,功利化的竞争筛选机制扭曲了家庭教育育人的初衷,缺位的家庭教育立法模糊了家庭教育育人的职责主体,程式化的家庭氛围固化了家庭教育育人的方式。因此,家庭教育育人亟需丰富家庭教育理论支持,完善家庭教育法规体系,优化家庭教育环境,推进家庭教育育人功能的回归。Family is the first school in one’s life,as cultivating a person serves as ontological function of family education.However,in the reality of family education,there exists utilitarian education thought,marginalized position of family education,and regulated behaviors in family education.All of these are due to the follows:the utilitarian competitive and selection mechanism has distorted the original intention of family cultivation and education;the lack of family education legislation obscures the main body of responsibility of family education,and the stylized family atmosphere stiffens the way of family education and education.To return to the cultivating function of family education,we need to strengthen the support of theoretical research of family education,improve the legal system of family education and optimize the family education environment.
