摘　　要：临床实践教学是医学人才培养的重要组成部分,当前的医学教育体系表现出实践教学模式固化、实践教学基地差异化、师资队伍层次不齐、学生“实习倦怠”等问题。本文以实践能力为核心,通过改革实践课程体系、建立分阶段教学模式、规范考核体系等3个方面,旨在优化教学体系,保障中医临床教学质量,提升医学生临床思维和临床实践能力。Clinical practice teaching is an important part of cultivating medical talents.The current medical education system shows problems such as the solidification of practical teaching models,the differentiation of practical teaching bases,uneven levels of teaching staff,and students’“practicum burnout”.This paper focuses on practical ability,through reforming the practical curriculum system,establishing a phased teaching model,and standardizing the assessment system,to optimize the teaching system,ensure the quality of clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the clinical thinking and clinical practice ability of medical students.
