摘　　要：在“大众创业、大众创新”的号召被提出后,形成了“大众化”的新局面和新创新,人人创新。“这是中国经济增长的新引擎,引领了中国经济的发展创新与创业的黄金机遇,尤其是创业的优势。”在校研究生和大学生群体是创新创业最具活力和创造力的主力军,培养创新人才是创新教育的起点和最终目标。分享了以食品科学在校学术型研究生和包装工程专业本科生为例应用型本科高校充分利用自身优势,抓住机遇,缓解就业压力,如何努力培养应用型创新食品包装人才。After the call of“mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation”was put forward,a new situation of“popularization”and new innovation was formed,and everyone made innovations.This is a new engine for China's economic growth and a golden opportunity for China's economic development,innovation and entrepreneurship,especially the advantages of entre-preneurship.Graduate students and college students are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship with the most vitality and creativity.Training innovative talents is the starting point and final goal of innovation education.In this paper,taking academic graduate students of food science and packaging engineering undergraduates as examples,applicationoriented colleges and universities make full use of their own advantages,seize opportunities and relieve employment pressure,and try to cultivate application-oriented innovative food packaging talents.
