摘  要:由于师生分离的特点,实践教学是开放教育长期待解决的难题。现代学徒制模式提供了新的模式与思路,在校政结合、校企结合的基础上,以校内教师与企业导师相结合的形式消除传统“双师型”教师不足而对实践教学的影响。该模式以学历教育的理论课程替代职业技能培训的理论部分、职业技能培训的实操部分替代学历教育的综合实践环节为核心,实现实践课程内嵌职业技能证书培训,达到学历与非学历教育的有效衔接,完成开放教育人才培养的实践教学环节。Due to the separation of teachers and students in open education,practice teaching has always been one of the problems that open education is urged to solve.The modern apprenticeship mode provides new modes and ideas.On the basis of the cooperation between colleges and the government and that between colleges and enterprises,the shortage of traditional“double-qualification teachers”are solved by the cooperation of college teachers and enterprise tutors.The core of this mode is to replace the theoretical part of vocational skill training with the theoretical course of academic education,and to replace the practical part of vocational skill training with the comprehensive practice of academic education.It realizes the embedding of vocational skill certificate training in the practice course,achieves the effective connection between academic education and non-academic education,and completes the practice teaching in open education.
