摘　　要：教学质量监控系统是内部质量保障体系的重要组成部分,更是医学教育发展、人才培养质量提升的必然要求。通过以中国医科大学为例,介绍教学质量监控系统的构建思路、构建原则、监控手段及运行机制,并阐述监控系统"可测、可评、可控、可改"的特点,以期为各医学院校提供借鉴和参考。The Teaching Quality Monitoring Sub-System(TQMSS)is an essential component of the internal teaching quality assurance system in medical colleges and universities.It is also an necessary requirement for the further development of medical education and the promotion of high-quality talent cultivation.Taking China Medical University as an example,this paper introduces the study design,construction themes,monitoring means and operation mechanism of TQMSS,and expounds the characteristics of"measurable,evaluable,controllable and modifiable"of the monitoring system,in order to provide reference for other medical colleges and universities.
