摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学联合床旁教学模式在心血管内科实践教学中的应用。方法选取吉林大学临床医学2015级5+3专业的40名学生为研究对象,并将其随机分为2组。其中20名学生作为实验组,采取情景模拟教学+床旁教学模式;另外20名学生作为对照组,采用传统床旁教学模式。实习结束后对其进行出科理论考试、实践技能考试、综合考核及教学满意度调查。结果情景模拟教学联合床旁教学组的实践技能成绩、综合考核成绩与总成绩均高于传统床旁教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间的出科理论考试成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在满意度调查中,大多数实验组学生对床旁教学基础上的情景模拟教学满意度较高并能够积极参与。结论情景模拟教学联合床旁教学模式适用于心血管内科实践教学,其教学效果理想。Objective To study the application of bedside teaching combining with simulation medical education in cardiovascular clinical practice teaching.Methods 40 students majoring in 5+3 clinical medicine in Jilin University were selected and divided into two groupsrandomly.Among them,20 students served as experimental group,who were taught by traditional bedside teaching andsimulation medical education.Another 20 students served as control group,and they were taught by traditional bedside teaching.After the internship,the theoretical examination,practical skill examination,comprehensive assessment and a satisfaction survey were conducted.Results The total score of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).According to theclassification statistics,the scores of practical skill examination and comprehensive assessment in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in scores of theory test(P>0.05).In the satisfaction survey,most of the experimental group students are willing to accept and participate in the simulation medical education combining with bedside teaching.This teaching model has high student satisfaction.Conclusion As a supplementary application of modern medical education,bedside teaching combining with simulation medical education is suitable for cardiovascular medicine clinical practice teaching,and the teaching effects are ideal.
