摘 要:目的探讨护理程序式教学对临床护理实习生健康教育能力的影响以及实施健康教育后的效果探讨。方法将在我院实习的639名临床护理实习生分成试验组(341名)和对照组(298名)进行健康教育,试验组采取护理程序的教学方法,对照组用传统教学方法,然后进行教学效果的组间比较。结果在带教教师对护生健康教育能力的评价及护生健康教育能力自我评价中,试验组评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将护理程序融入健康教育,提高了临床护理实习生实施健康教育的积极性和健康教育能力,有利于带教教师对护生的健康教育能力的培养。Objective To explore the effect of teaching method based on nursing procedure on health education ability of clinical nursing interns.Methods There were 639 practical nursing students in our hospital divided into two groups for health education:experimental group(341)and control group(298).The experimental group adopted the teaching methods of nursing program,and the control group used traditional teaching methods.Results The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in the evaluation of nursing students'health education ability and self-evaluation of nursing students'health education ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Integrating nursing procedures entering health education improves the enthusiasm of nursing students to carry out health education and the ability of health education of nursing students,which is beneficial to the cultivation of health education ability of nursing students by teaching teachers.
