摘  要:客车具有载客量大、质心高等特点,与其他车辆相比,客车更容易发生侧翻。文章首先对影响客车侧翻的因素进行分析,其次针对微型客车在高速转弯过程的侧翻稳定性进行研究。基于Trucksim建立客车动力学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立模糊控制策略;通过Trucksim与Simulink间的数据接口将控制系统与整车动力学模型结合,以横向载荷转移率为门限值,通过仿真试验对所提出控制策略加以验证。结果表明:车速快、质心高、方向盘转角大的车辆更容易发生侧翻,同时,通过联合仿真分析带有控制的车辆横向载荷转移率始终小于门限值0.8,使车辆处于稳定状态。Passenger cars have the characteristics of large passenger capacity and high center of mass.Compared with other vehicles,passenger cars are more prone to rollover.First,analyze the factors that affect the passenger car’s rollover,and then study the rollover stability of the minibus during high-speed turning.The bus dynamics model is established based on Trucksim,and the fuzzy control strategy is established using MATLAB/simulink;the control system is combined with the vehicle dynamics model through the data interface between Trucksim and Simulink,and the lateral load transfer rate is used as the threshold value.The proposed control strategy is verified.The results show that vehicles with fast speeds,high center of mass,and large steering wheel angles are more likely to roll over.At the same time,through co-simulation analysis,the lateral load transfer rate of the vehicle with control is always less than the threshold 0.8,so that the vehicle is in a stable state.
