摘  要:目的探究我国高职院校康复治疗技术专业言语治疗技术课程存在的问题,提出合理建议。方法调查浙江省2所开展言语治疗技术课程的高职院校120名学生在校期间的学习情况,分析学生实习阶段采取言语治疗技术对患者治疗的临床效果。结果学生的主要问题为课程内容、授课老师、实际案例分析及有关言语治疗专业书籍较少;在实习期课程内容少及知识点不足有62人,占总人数的51.67%;课堂中实际案例分析少26人,占21.67%;学校言语治疗技术课程的操作技能培训不到位有32人,占22.67%;同时,在实习阶段因教材内容不全及相关专业书籍匮乏而耽误语言障碍患者治疗时机的有22人,占18.33%;因对言语障碍患者病因、临床表现及诊断依据掌握不清而致使治疗失败的有41人,占34.17%。此外,还有因操作技能不达标或失误导致言语障碍患者治疗失败27人,占22.5%。结论专业书籍、教材内容较少、操作技能不过关以及理论与实践结合欠缺等是现阶段高职院校言语治疗技术课程存在的主要问题,应通过增加基础设施投入、增加操作技能培训课时、加强理论与实践相结合等方面解决上述问题。Objective To explore the existing problems in the speech therapy courses of the rehabilitation therapy technology major in higher vocational colleges in our country at this stage,and put forward reasonable suggestions.Methods We investigated and analyzed the clinical effects of speech therapy technology on patients during the internship phase of the students in two higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province which carry out speech therapy technology courses.Results The problems reported by the students were mainly the insufficient content of the courses,the teachers,the actual case analysis and few professional books on speech therapy of the school library.62 students reported that there were few courses and insufficient knowledge points during the internship period,accounting for 51.67%of the total;26 students reflected that there were few actual case analysis in the classroom,accounting for 21.67%.32 students reflected that the school’s speech therapy technology courses were not in place in operational skills training,accounting for 22.67%.At the same time,due to incomplete teaching materials and the lack of relevant professional books during the internship stage,there were 22 students who delayed the treatment of language disorder patients,accounting for 18.33%.41 students failed the treatment because they did not have a good grasp of the etiology,clinical manifestations and diagnosis basis of speech disorder patients,accounting for 34.17%.In addition,27 students failed the treatment for patients with speech disorders due to substandard operating skills or errors,accounting for 22.5%.Conclusion There are not many professional books,the content of textbooks,the poor operation skills,and the lack of combination of theory and practice,which are the problems of the"Speech Therapy Technology"course in the rehabilitation technology major of higher vocational colleges at this stage.It is suggested to invest the infrastructure,increase the training hours of operational skills,and extend the combination of theory
