摘  要:准确地评价教师的教学技能可以促进教师发展。本文首次对现有文献中常见的教师教学技能的定量评价方法进行梳理,对各种方法的理论依据、具体操作步骤和适用条件进行了比较分析,发现矩阵乘法仍然是定量评价的核心方法,层次分析法更适合确立各个评价指标的权重,可拓综合分析法对合理解释定量评价分数提供了科学依据。本文建议在实际教学评价中,根据评价的目标和要求、评价主体、评价条件等选择合适的方法确立指标权重和分数,合理评价并且重视对评价分数的科学解释;建议利用信息技术帮助定量评价实现自动化,降低评价成本、促进推广使用,真正做到选择合适的工具科学,客观地评价教学技能,帮助教师专业成长。Accurate evaluation of teachers'teaching skills can promote their development.This study sums up the common existing methods of the quantitative evaluation of teachers'teac hing skills,makes a comparative analysis about their theoretical basis,specific operational steps and applicable conditions.Matrix multiplication is still found to he the core of quantitative evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is more suitable for establishing the weight of each evaluation index,and extension comprehensive analysis method offers a scientific basis for reasonable explantion of quantitative evaluation scores.This article suggested that in the practical teaching evaluation,the appropriate methods should be chosen to establish index weights and scores in accordance with the evaluation requirements,subject,and criteria.Reasonable explanations of evaluation scores should be given too.Information technology should be used to help automate the quantitative evaluation,reduce costs,and promote its application.
