以学生为中心的教育理念应用于中医教育存在的问题

摘　　要：中医教育有自己特定的模式,这和现代教育理念所倡导的“以学生为中心”存在明显的不同。“以学生为中心”的教育理念不利于中医知识体系的构建和传承,加重了现行中医教学的负担,破坏了中医以“记忆”为主的学习模式并且与中医临床实践严重脱节。强行以现代教育理念去指导和要求中医教育的改革无异于抱薪救火、削足适履,其结果必将贻害中医学术之发展。中医教育应该遵循立足于经典著作,以教师为主导,使学生进行丰富而必要的记诵并实践于临床的教学规律,如此才能获得健康蓬勃的发展。Traditional Chinese medicine education has its own specific mode,which is obviously different from the“student-centered”advocated by the modern educational concept.The concept of“student-centered”education is not conducive to the construction and inheritance of the knowledge system of Chinese medicine,aggravates the burden of the current teaching of Chinese medicine,destroys the learning mode of Chinese medicine based on“memory”and seriously disjoints the clinical practice of Chinese medicine.To force the reform of Chinese medicine education under the guidance of modern educational concept means like carrying faggots to put out a fire and cutting the foot to fit the shoe.The result will certainly jeopardize the development of Chinese medicine academy.If only following the teaching rules that basing on classical works,with teachers as the leading factor,students having rich and necessary recitation and more opportunities for clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine education should achieve healthy and vigorous development.
