摘  要:建立一个可执行的教学模式有利于提高教学质量。以生命科学类的基础实验课程生物化学实验为例,在简要梳理近10年来教研教改的基础上,提出了一种操作性强、注重形成性评价的生命科学类实验课程的教学设计,主要包括4个核心环节,分别是:实验课程重要性的认识以及系统性的实验内容;全班共同完成根据正交设计所设定的实验条件组合,体现“兵团作战”模式,通过中期总结和详细的过程监控对学生进行考评、各实验组以PPT形式汇报;规范实验报告格式以及及时批改并反馈信息;进行实验或模拟实验以考查学生的实验操作能力,连同过程考核共同构成对学生的形成性评价。以此模式加强对学生实操能力的重视和创新思维能力的培养。To set up a practical protocol of teaching design can help improving education effect and education quality.“Experiment of Biochemistry”is taken as an example,based on a brief review of research and reform in teaching of the lesson in recent years,this paper suggests an operable scheme and emphasizes a formative assessment teaching design for the experiment of life science.It includes four key links successively:introducing the importance of experiment and systematic and relative content of the experiment;emphasizing the tests from orthogonal test finished by all the class with the mode of corps operations.Middle evaluation is completed for the students to summarize the detailed process monitoring;the result reports are required for all the test group by ppt files.Experiment reports and homework are standardized and corrected,and feedbacked to the students;real test or simulation experiment is designed to evaluate the operating ability.These steps commonly constitute the formative assessment.This teaching mode pushes the students to pay more attention to the operating ability and cultivates their innovative thinking ability.
