摘　　要：Previous studies have shown dysfunction of the BBB is likely involved in the pathogenesis of neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease(AD).To determine whether BBB dysfunction associated with development of AD hallmark pathologies,we collected 40 samples of various encephalic region including hippocampus,frontal pole and middle temporal gyrus.
