摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确了职业教育的学历教育和社会培训双重职能,为职业院校参与老年教育资源供给指明了方向和途径。重庆市开展中职学校老年教育实践项目表明,提升职业院校的老年教育资源供给能力,应构建梯度型的老年教育服务模式、内外贯通的资源整合机制、灵活多维的质量评价方式及立体化的保障支撑体系。进一步挖掘职业院校服务老年教育的优势与潜力,需要牢固树立服务全民终身学习的职业教育理念,突破老年教育的制度困境,完善老年教育的功能定位,加强老年教育内涵发展。The Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform defines the dual functions of diploma education and social training of vocational education,and points out the direction and way for vocational colleges to participate in the supply of elderly education resources. The practical project of senior education in secondary vocational schools in Chongqing shows that to improve the supply capacity of senior education resources in vocational schools, we should build a gradient service mode of senior education, a resource integration mechanism of internal and external connection, a flexible multi-dimension quality evaluation way and a three-dimension security support system. To further tap the advantages and potential of vocational colleges in serving the elderly education,we should firmly establish the vocational education concept of serving the lifelong learning for all the people,break through the institutional dilemma of elderly education,improve the functional orientation of elderly education,and strengthen the connotation development of elderly education.
