摘  要:以贫血痔教案编制为例,在中西医结合肛肠外科教学中运用案例为基础的教学(Case based learning,CBL)联合基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法,选取典型病案进行模拟,通过分场景递进的方式编制富含大量信息和发散思维的教案,突出CBL以真实案例为核心、PBL以解决问题为中心的优势,能够调动学生的积极性、发散思维,有助于培养临床实用型人才;丰富教师的知识结构及自我培养创新,是未来教学转型和改革的必然目标。In this paper,taking the anaemia-haemorrhoids as an example,the case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)method were used in teaching of anaemia-haemorrhoids of colorectal disease combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The particular clinical case was selected,and then was simulated,preparation of teaching plan of containing a large amount of information by scenes conducting.Highlight the advantages of CBL taking real cases as the core and PBL taking problem-solving as the center.It is an inevitable goal for the transformation and reform of the future teaching to arouse the students’enthusiasm,divergent thinking and help to cultivate practical talents,enriching teachers’knowledge structure and self-cultivation and innovation.
